Report a compatibility problem

What to include

• Browser name and version, operating system and the tool page used.
• Approximate file-size and row-count ranges, never the filename.
• Detected encoding, delimiter and the exact non-sensitive error message.
• A minimal synthetic sample that reproduces the issue.

Do not send private data

Remove names, email addresses, account identifiers, credentials and business records before sharing a reproduction file. A synthetic two- or three-row example is usually enough.
